Pre-inspection and Preparation
Our Carpet Cleaning begins with a pre-inspection with a carpet cleaning technician walking you through your house, identifying carpet soiling conditions, construction, and potential permanent carpet stains. Then the technician vacuums to remove harmful, bonded, dry soil, with a commercial vacuum. To further loosen traffic area carpet soil, your carpet will be pre-groomed with a carpet groomer or rotary carpet cleaning machine (depending on the carpet soil level) to further loosen traffic area soil in the carpet.
Cleaning the Carpet the Right Way
If any carpet spots are not removed during the carpet cleaning process, specialty carpet spotting techniques are employed. NOTE: Potential permanent carpet stains, as identified by the technician, may not be removed. High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet to speed dry the carpet, which is included in our ultimate carpet service package.

Your carpet cleaning technician can advise you whether this process would benefit your carpet. The carpet dry bonnet assists in faster carpet drying and prevents wicking on some carpets.
Additional Protection
If your carpet is over 2 years old you may want to have your carpet cleaning technician apply a carpet protector. The advantages to this are: carpet spills clean easier, dry carpet soil vacuums easier, the next professional carpet cleaning is more effective, the carpet lasts longer while looking better, and it can prevent some permanent carpet stains.
You will have the opportunity to walk through your home or business to inspect the work. When you are satisfied with the work, you will be asked to sign a carpet cleaning service receipt.
