You can add significant life to your floors and lengthen the time between required cleanings if you apply protective coatings. With a protectant, carpet spills clean easier, dry carpet soil vacuums up easier, and your next carpet cleaning is more effective. Carpet and upholstery is an expensive investment, so why not protect it?
We offer 2 types of protective coating: one that is permanent and the other you can expect to work up to 2 years (or longer in areas that don’t have UV light coming in).
Our permanent protector is the trade secret Microseal. Our Microseal warranty: If we can’t remove a food or beverage spot on your upholstery or carpet, we will simply refund your money for that item or area.
Our second product is the more affordable 3M Scotchguard, which does a great job protecting, you’ll just need to have us reapply it after each cleaning.
